Welcome to Tenner Pages. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website design and hosting services provided by Tenner Pages. Tenner Pages is a trading name and service brand owned and operated by Unique Tech Solution UK ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Unique Tech Solution UK and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Tenner Pages provides professional website design services for businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide. We offer two flexible payment options to suit different startup needs:

One-Time Payment Packages

Our primary offering - you pay once and own the website completely:

• Design and development of custom professional websites
• Full ownership of all website files and code
• 48-hour delivery (from content receipt - see below)
• Mobile-responsive design
• SEO-friendly structure
• Technical support via email during the build process

Important Notes:

• One-time packages do NOT include ongoing hosting or maintenance. You are responsible for hosting your website after delivery.
• Delivery Timeline: The 48-hour build timeline begins when we receive all required content from you (final text, images, and logo). Payment confirms your order, but content receipt starts the delivery clock.

Monthly Payment Plan

An alternative payment option for bootstrapped startups preserving cash flow:

• Design and development of custom professional websites
• Managed hosting on secure, high-speed servers
• SSL certificates for HTTPS security
• Regular backups and technical maintenance
• Ongoing technical support via email
• Option to buy out to full ownership later

2. Pricing and Payment

One-Time Payment Packages

Our launch packages are priced as follows:

• Starter Launch (1 page): £149 one-time
• Founder's Package (up to 3 pages): £249 one-time
• Growth Engine (up to 5 pages): £499 one-time
• Custom projects (6+ pages): Custom quote

Payment Terms: Full payment is due before development begins. Upon completion and your approval, all website files are transferred to you with full ownership.

Monthly Payment Plan

Our monthly plan is priced at £10 per page per month. Payment is collected monthly in advance via PayPal or card.

• Monthly payments are due on the same date each month
• Includes managed hosting, SSL, backups, and ongoing support
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services
• Option to buy out to full ownership available at any time (pricing based on remaining value)

£10 Sample Preview Service

Our £10 Sample Preview Service is a separate offering where we create a preview/sample website with placeholder content to help you visualize your project. This is NOT a full website build. The £10 fee is credited toward your full package if you proceed with either payment option.

No Hidden Fees

All pricing is transparent. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges. Domain registration and ongoing hosting (for one-time packages) are your responsibility and not included in our pricing.

3. Client Responsibilities

To use our service, you agree to:

• Provide Content: Supply all text, images, logos, and other content for your website
• Domain Name: Purchase and maintain ownership of your domain name (we can provide guidance)
• Hosting (One-Time Packages): If you choose a one-time package, you are responsible for arranging your own hosting after we deliver the files
• Timely Responses: Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays
• Lawful Use: Ensure all content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Content Rights: Guarantee you have legal rights to all content provided

4. What's NOT Included

Our Starter Launch (£149) and Founder's Package (£249) do NOT include:

• Content Management Systems (CMS) for self-editing
• E-commerce functionality or payment processing
• Content creation or copywriting services
• Domain name registration (you purchase this separately)
• Custom programming or complex web applications

Exception: The Growth Engine package (£499) includes a full CMS with blog functionality, allowing you to publish and manage your own blog posts.

Other advanced features like e-commerce are available as custom add-ons at additional cost.

5. Domain Names

You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain name through a domain registrar of your choice. Tenner Pages will provide guidance on connecting your domain to our hosting, but we are not responsible for domain registration, renewal, or related issues.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

One-Time Payment Packages

Before Development Starts: Full refund available if you cancel before we begin work on your project.

After Development Begins: No refunds once development has started. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final product through reasonable revision requests.

After Delivery: Once files are delivered and you approve the project, all sales are final. You own the website completely.

Monthly Payment Plan - Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice via email
• No long-term contracts or cancellation fees
• Your website will remain live for the 30-day notice period
• After cancellation, the website will be taken offline unless you purchase the files

What You Keep (Monthly Plan Cancellation)

Upon cancellation of monthly plan, you retain:

• Your domain name (it's yours)
• All content you provided (text, images)
• Option to purchase website code for full ownership (buyout pricing available upon request)

Refund Policy

Monthly payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of your paid period.

7. Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Adult or explicit content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Copyright or trademark infringement

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party service failures (DNS, domain registrars)

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services and display your website in our portfolio (with your permission).

One-Time Packages - Ownership

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of all website files, code, and design. You are free to modify, host, or transfer the website as you wish. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Monthly Payment Plan - Ownership

The website design and code remain our intellectual property while you are on the monthly plan. You have a license to use the website for your business purposes. You may purchase full ownership at any time through our buyout option.

10. Referral Program

Our Referral Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new clients to Tenner Pages. By participating, you agree to the following terms. For complete details, please review our Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

Commission Structure

We operate a two-tier commission system:

• First-Tier Commission (30%): Earn 30% commission on the first payment made by a client you directly refer
• Second-Tier Commission (10%): Earn 10% commission on subsequent payments from the same client (renewals, upgrades, additional services)

Example: If you refer a client who purchases our £249 Founder's Package, you earn £74.70 (30%). If they later purchase additional pages for £100, you earn £10 (10%).

Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, bank transfer, or your preferred payment method
• Minimum payout threshold: £50. Balances below this carry over to the next month
• Payments are processed within 14 days after the end of each month
• You are responsible for any taxes on commission earnings in your jurisdiction
• We may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099, equivalent documents) as required by law

Referral Tracking

• Each referral partner receives a unique referral code and tracking links
• Referrals are tracked via cookies (90-day cookie duration)
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
• Commissions are credited only for legitimate, completed transactions

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

• Fraud: Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or manipulating the referral system
• Spam: Unsolicited mass emails, social media spam, or deceptive marketing practices
• Misrepresentation: Making false claims about our services or pricing
• Trademark Violation: Bidding on "Tenner Pages" or related brand terms in paid search advertising
• Impersonation: Presenting yourself as an official representative of Tenner Pages without authorization

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Referral Program at any time:

• Your Right to Terminate: You may leave the program anytime by contacting us. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid according to the normal schedule.
• Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate your participation for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
• Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program with 30 days' notice. Existing earned commissions will be honored.

Commission Disputes

If you believe there is an error in commission tracking or payment, please contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and resolve disputes in good faith.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the monthly fees paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific business results from your website

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
